DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. The Counter-Notification must include:

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

5. Repeat Infringers

In compliance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, FreeResult.Online has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
